Delivery Policy
We offer free next day delivery and aim to deliver all orders next working day before 12 noon.
Delivery is free for orders over £30 (excl VAT) or £36 (inc VAT).
A charge of £5.95 ex VAT (£7.14 inc VAT) will be made on orders under £30 (ex VAT).
For large items, furniture and filing cabinets please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Delivery outside of the UK Mainland and to remote areas of the UK Mainland may require an extended delivery time and additional charges.
Occassionally an item will run out of stock, in such circumstances we will advise you at the earliest opportunity and deliver the item to you ASAP.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 5pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. Deliveries will reach you the next working day.
A Pre 10am delivery service is available - your order will be delivered between 7am and 10am.
Special order items or heavier furniture items will have longer delivery times. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to the entire mainland in the UK and Northern Ireland.
Additional charges may be incurred and additional time required for deliveries to remote areas / outside of the UK mainland, including:

Please note that we do NOT deliver to PO box addresses.
All deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available.
DELIVERY UPSTAIRS: The courier is contracted to deliver to the stated address on the order. If your order is required on another floor, please include the relevant floor number on the order.
FURNITURE: Insurance covers our couriers to deliver furniture products to the ground floor only. If furniture needs to be delivered to a different level you will need to arrange this separately yourself.
SAFES: Safes are a bulky & heavy item. Delivery of a safe depends on quality access to the building. There may be additional charges if two delivery people are required instead of one etc. You will be contacted & asked to answer some basic access questions when you buy a safe.
Returns Policy
How do I Return a Product?
To return products within 14 days.
Please repack the product in the original packaging. To arrange a return please ensure you are logged in and then click here to view a list of your orders. From there you need to click on the return link next to the order you wish to return.
Please do not send in any items by post as this will delay the processing of your return.
Returned products must be as new, in an unused and resalable condition unless they are faulty, defective or were damaged on receipt of delivery.
Damaged, faulty products and shortages need to be immediately brought to our attention. Please call us on 0800 781 0400 ASAP to notify us of any damage or shortage.
Acceptance of returns requests for items not required after 14 working days is at the discretion of Office Shopping.
Due to health and safety regulations the following cannot be returned: food or beverage goods, biscuits, coffee or water, clothing, safety clothing, footwear, safety footwear, socks etc.
A member of our customer service team will advise you of the returns number via email, goods will be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised and a credit issued within a week of the collection.
Can I exchange items I ordered in error?
Office Shopping has an easy exchange service that requires you to arrange a return for the item no longer required. Then re-order the correct item. Click here or call us on 0800 781 0400 to arrange a return.
If the item you ordered is not what you were expecting or the item is damaged we will collect the product, free of charge.
The product must be unopened, with any seal intact, and unused. It should be in its original packaging and in good condition.
Printers / Faxes / Copiers / Business Machines or Computer Products cannot be resold if the original box has been opened. Therefore you cannot return a machine if you have opened the box, unless it is damaged or faulty.
We cannot exchange or refund your product if it has been specially ordered for you.
A member of our customer service team will advise you of the returns number via email, goods will be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised and a credit issued within a week of the collection.

If you have changed your mind on a product please contact us within 14 days to request a collection.

I have received a faulty item
If you receive a product that is faulty, please call us on 0800 781 0400 or click here immediately.
A member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.
In the case of a Business Machine / Printer / Fax / Copier / Computer Product or other machine please ensure you provide the serial number of the unit which is faulty. This will be located on the unit itself or on the box it was shipped in.
We will advise you of the returns number and re-order number via email, goods will be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised.
