What are your delivery charges?
A charge of £5.95 (ex VAT) or £7.14 (inc VAT) will be made on orders under £30.00 (ex VAT).
Additional charges may be incurred and additional time required for deliveries to remote areas / outside of the UK mainland, including:

For large items, such as furniture, safes and filing cabinets, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 5.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. Deliveries will reach you the next working day.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to let you know and arrange for it to be delivered to you ASAP.
PLEASE NOTE: Special order items, furniture items or deliveries to remote areas may have longer delivery times (3-5 working days).
All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
Where do we deliver to?
We want to make sure that you recieve the goods you have ordered therefore all deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. Please note that we do NOT deliver to PO box addresses.
DELIVERY UPSTAIRS: The courier is contracted to deliver to the stated address on the order. If your order is required on another floor, please include the relevant floor number on the order.
FURNITURE: Insurance covers our couriers to deliver furniture products to the ground floor only. If furniture needs to be delivered to a different level you will need to arrange this separately yourself.
SAFES: Safes are a bulky & heavy item. Delivery of a safe depends on quality access to the building. There may be additional charges if two delivery people are required instead of one etc. You will be contacted & asked to answer some basic access questions when you buy a safe.
Returns FAQ's
How do I return a product?
To return products within 14 days:
1. Please re-pack the product in the original packaging. To arrange a return please ensure you are logged in and then click here to view a list of your orders. From there you need to click on the return link next to the order you wish to return.
2. Please DO NOT send in any items by post (- we will arrange for the goods to be collected for you).
3. Returned products must be as new, in an unused and resalable condition unless of course they are faulty, defective or were damaged on receipt of delivery.
4. Damaged or faulty products and shortages need to be immediately brought to our attention. click here to notify us of damage or shortage.
5. Acceptance of returns requests for items not required after 14 working days is at the discretion of Office Shopping.
6. Due to health and safety regulations the following cannot be returned: food or beverage goods, biscuits, coffee or water, clothing, safety clothing, footwear, safety footwear, socks etc.
7. Please note that a collection fee of £5.95 may be incurred.
A member of our customer service team will advise you of the returns number via email, and will arrange for goods to be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised. A credit will then be issued within a week of the collection.
How do I exchange items ordered in error?
If the item you ordered is not what you were expecting we will collect the product. Please note that a collection charge of £5.95 (excl. VAT) may be incurred.
1. The product must be unopened, with any seal intact, and unused. It should be in its original packaging and in good condition.
2. Printers / Faxes / Copiers / Business Machines or Computer Products cannot be resold if the original box has been opened. Therefore you cannot return a machine if you have opened the box, unless it is damaged or faulty.
3. We cannot exchange or refund your product if it has been specially ordered for you.
A member of our customer service team will advise you of the returns number via email, goods will be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised and a credit issued within a week of the collection.

1. We need to be advised of the item(s) that you do not want no later than 14 days from date of delivery.

I have received a faulty product
1. Please include in the email a brief description of the fault. A member of our customer service team will contact you ASAP to arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.
2. In the case of a Business Machine / Printer / Fax / Copier / Computer Product or other machine please ensure you provide the serial number of the unit which is faulty. This will be located on the unit itself or on the box it was shipped in.
3. We will advise you of the returns number and re-order number via email, goods will be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised and a full refund given.

Placing Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply select the items you want to order and add them to your shopping basket. When you're ready to place your order, proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions for payment. Once you have checked your basket, confirmed your delivery address and paid for your goods you will receive an e-mail confirming your order (this is also your VAT receipt).
Our cut off time for next day delivery is 5:00pm. Orders received on Friday after 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. (Please note: some products / postcodes have longer delivery times – for more information please see our Deliveries & Returns Policy).
OfficeShopping.co.uk is an on-line only company, which means all orders must be placed on-line (our site is 100% secure). You can place orders any time of the day or night. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are also here to help – call us on 0800 781 0400 between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday or click here to e-mail us. They will be happy to talk you through the process of ordering on-line, and be able to assist you with any queries you may have.
How do I amend an order?
At the shopping basket / checkout page, you can change the quantity and click the "Update" button or "Check Out" button to save your changes. If you wish to remove items, click the "Remove" button.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have checked out, your order can not be amended. Office Shopping works on a live system so we can deliver the goods to you the next day. The orders are transferred to the warehouse to begin picking and dispatch. But don't worry, - any items you do not need can be returned, and we will give you a full refund for the goods within 14 days.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please call us on 0800 741 0800.
If your order has already been dispatched we will need to arrange for the goods to be collected from you before we can issue a refund to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. The package should not be opened.
2. Collection will be arranged for you.
3. Your account will be credited for the full amount once the items have been returned.
Pricing
Do prices include VAT?
All prices on the site are shown excluding VAT. We also display prices including VAT. This is clearly marked where relevant. When you add a product to the shopping basket VAT will be calculated showing the total amount to be paid.
Do prices include delivery?
Delivery is FREE for orders over £30.00 (excl. VAT) or £36.00 (inc VAT). If your order total is less than £30.00 (excl. VAT) a delivery charge of £5.95 (excl. VAT) will be added to your basket.
We deliver all orders the next working day, and aim to get your order to you before 12 noon.
For large item, furniture and filing cabinets please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
